Last summer we put up several bushels of corn on the cob and ground our own pork,
AKA wild hog. Again, a lot of work but well worth it!!
We did not shuck all the corn, just left the husk on. We did cut it off the cob and vacuumed sealed it that way too! Tried to package equivalent to a can of corn.
Also, pickled more jalapeno peppers and banana peppers!!
